BRZ040 is a high standard modular logistics park on Avenida Eduardo Gustavo Farnese Brandão, 2300, in Ribeirão das Neves, in the greater Belo Horizonte area. The first phase was completed in January 2024, with 67,478 m² of leasable area, in modules starting at 3,200 m², 157 docks, a 12 m clear ceiling height and a floor load capacity of 6.0 t/m².
Located in the João de Almeida Industrial District, BRZ040 has easy access to the greater Belo Horizonte metropolitan area and to the toll-free BR-040 highway, which connects Brasília to Rio de Janeiro. Downtown Belo Horizonte is 20 km away, Contagem is 3 km away and Ceasa is 11 km away, in an industrial region under expansion, driven by tax and government incentives that favor outbound distribution.
Phase 2 is under construction and consists of a new module, which may connect to the already operating logistics park. Throughout the construction process, special attention is given to implementing advanced systems, reinforcing the development's commitment to sustainable practices.
The park's construction standard includes a fire protection system with sprinklers, hydrants and extinguishers, a roof structure prepared for solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system.
A logistics park in expansion, with a strategic location in greater Belo Horizonte and infrastructure built for large scale operations.
