The BRZ 386 Logistics Park stands out as a Triple A logistics complex located just 20 km from Porto Alegre, with direct access to the BR-386 highway. Built on a site of approximately 200,000 m², BRZ 386 will offer more than 100,000 m² of leasable area and will be developed in two phases. Phase 1 includes a modular cross-docking warehouse of about 30,000 m². Phase 2 will feature two additional warehouses, totaling more than 70,000 m². Technical highlights include a 12-meter clear height, floor loading capacity of 6 T/m², a high number of docks (with levelers), abundant parking — including spaces for electric vehicles — an advanced security system, and full infrastructure with a restaurant, cafeteria, auditorium, and meeting rooms.
