The BVEP Nigri Plaza Building is located in the Centro region of Rio de Janeiro. Developed by Nigri Incorporações in partnership with Banco Votorantim, the building was originally constructed in 1934 and underwent a retrofit in 2017 that included the construction of a new building alongside the existing one. Comprising a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and 15 standard floors, it has a total leasable area of 13,976.32 m² and floors ranging from 464 m² to 966.20 m². It has a Green Building LEED GOLD certification, a vegetation roof, 06 intelligent panoramic elevators, an auditorium, central air conditioning, a generator for common areas, a building management system, raised flooring, access control, and a security system with CCTV.
